Online strength coaching allows you to follow a structured training programme designed specifically for you, with support and guidance from The Training Room Brora. Many online clients start with little or no strength training experience and join specifically to build strength and support their body through midlife and menopause. It’s ideal if you prefer to train at home, in your own gym, or if you live further afield but still want personalised coaching.

How Online Training Works

Initial conversation

We start with a short discussion about your goals, training history and any injuries or limitations.

Your personalised programme

A structured training programme is created specifically for you and delivered through the coaching app.

Follow workouts through the app

Your programme will include clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise so you can follow your workouts confidently.

Regular support and adjustments

You can message any time if you need help, and your programme will be adjusted as you progress.

Progress at your own pace

The aim is to build strength gradually and sustainably so that training becomes part of your routine.

 

WHAT?

What Your Programme Can Include 

Your plan may include a combination of:

• Strength training sessions
• Mobility work
• Yoga sessions
• Low-impact conditioning
• Running or cycling guidance if appropriate

Everything is tailored so the programme fits around your lifestyle and schedule.

Alongside your training programme, there are also habit suggestions and information for menopause clients shared along the way, helping to support sleep, recovery, nutrition and long-term health as your routine develops.

Most online clients begin with:

• 1–3 short strength sessions
• optional mobility or yoga
• optional cardio such as walking, cycling or running

Everything is adjusted to suit your schedule and experience.

The First Month

The first month of training focuses on:

• learning the exercises
• building consistency
• establishing good movement patterns
• gradually increasing strength

The goal is to create a routine that is manageable and sustainable.

Online clients receive:

The app simply allows you to view your workouts, track progress and stay in touch.

It’s designed to make following your programme simple and clear.

Interested in Online Coaching?

Many online clients have little or no strength training experience so new online coaching intakes begin every two weeks, allowing plenty of time to set each client up properly and allow them to familiarise themselves with the app and the programme.

Spaces are kept limited so that everyone receives proper support.

Do I need to be fit already?
